Why does my lower back spasm whenever I get nervous or scared? - spasm more condition_symptoms
Often I get very nervous when my lower back spasms. It hurts like crazy for about 10 seconds and then I'm good. What has happened since I was in school 20 years ago, and the spasm is always the same spot on the back.
